David has been involved in EMS and Fire service education for over 32 years.

He has been a GA Level III Instructor since 1992. He is also an Instructor/Coordinator/Affiliate

Faculty in all AHA/NAEMT courses as well as GEMS/PEPP/ITLS. His  background has been a mix

of Fire/EMS serving at the Municipal, Federal, State, Volunteer and hospital based levels where

has served at all levels including as a training officer. Academically, he has an A.A.S. in Fire

Sciences/EMS Management, BS in Disaster/Emergency Management and a Masters in

Organizational Leadership.
